Childbirth Education 

Childbirth Education Includes

In these private sessions, expectant parents will receive all of the necessary information to help make informed decisions. We will discuss ways to manage the stages of labor, understand the birthing process in detail, discuss infant procedures, create a birth plan, and practice invaluable birthing tricks of the trade including postures and breathing exercises for pain management.

Prenatal + Postnatal Support 

Prenatal + Postpartum Support Package Includes

This option includes the invaluable support available from a trained birth professional throughout the entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. The goal is to provide expectant parents from start to finish with the information and tools needed to minimize their fears, help them make informed decisions, and prepare the body physically for birth and postpartum healing. 

  • Unlimited email and phone support throughout your pregnancy and fourth trimester

  • 1 Prenatal Yoga session to prepare the body physically for birth while practicing a wide range of breathing tools and birthing postures

  • 1-2 Childbirth Education Sessions to educate parents on all of the essentials to having a safe, peaceful, informed hospital or homebirth

  • Assisting the couple in creating and preparing their birth plan

  • 24-Hour Labor Support via text, phone, or video chat

  • 1 Postnatal session is scheduled up to 6-8 weeks postpartum. This session can be to assist with newborn + breastfeeding support and/or to initiate rehabilitation with specific yoga therapy postures (after 6 weeks)

Postpartum Recovery 

Postnatal recovery is something that we do not stress the importance of enough in today’s society. Many women are eager to claim their bodies back post-birth however, are unaware of the complications of doing so too soon or done incorrectly in a regular yoga or fitness class situation.

It is critical that a woman rebuild the stability of her core muscles, heal from possible diastasis recti (abdominal separation), open and strengthen her upper back to promote healthy posture and increase her milk supply, tone her pelvic floor muscles, and gain an overall balance and equilibrium in her new body. 

Postnatal Recovery Program includes

  • 6 Private Postpartum Healing Sessions (in person or virtual) to practice and become familiar with postnatal recovery exercises

  • Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) check + guidelines for healing

  • Investment $750

Mindful Mothering

There are so many layers to motherhood, so many moments you wish you had a guidebook to help you through the unchartered waters. In the Mindful Motherhood series, parents will receive one-on-one parenting support to discuss current challenges, receive advice, and implement mindfulness tools for managing the emotions that arise during childhood.

Mindful Motherhood include

  • 5 sessions (in-person or virtually) to discuss current challenges and have open discussions about possible resolutions

  • Parent homework to implement new structure and techniques

  • Accountability

  • Mindfulness and meditation practices

  • Investment $650 (series can be combined with other parents to create a small group series)
