My teaching style is challenging yet grounding, creative yet traditional, thought-provoking, and inspiring. I am a lover of traditional breathing exercises, meditation, grounding poses, and restorative yoga. All my teachings cultivate my position as a believer in balance; recognizing that balance in life, like in the body, is not given, but worked for.
My light-hearted humor and carefree spirit, hopefully, provides something for everyone.
Gentle Yoga Class
Tuesday’s 5:30 pm
This gentle class is a soft and mindful approach to movement. It explores a variety of poses that increase flexibility, introduces strength, and teach the mind and body to embrace a slower pace. Each week offers an opportunity to explore and understand your body and mind, its habits, and its natural limitations.
