Sound Healing
Picture yourself lying comfortably, fully at ease, as you listen to soothing sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
At its core, sound bathing is based on the principle that vibration affects the body. Each instrument produces specific frequencies that interact with the brain and nervous system, helping to slow brainwave activity and promote relaxation.
This shift supports the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s “rest and restore” state, allowing for reduced stress, improved mood, and a sense of overall balance.
While the experience feels deeply calming, the effects are rooted in measurable physiological responses within the body and the mind.

My teaching style is challenging yet grounding, creative yet traditional, thought-provoking, and inspiring. I am a lover of traditional breathing exercises, meditation, grounding poses, and restorative yoga. All my teachings cultivate my position as a believer in balance; recognizing that balance in life, like in the body, is not given, but worked for.
My light-hearted humor and carefree spirit, hopefully, provides something for everyone.
